The NHS offers LGB health information and support.
The Mix (formerly Get Connected) provide phone, email or web chat support on any issue. Also includes a comprehensive searchable directory of other LGB&T support services. Especially for under-25s
Childline provides free, confidential advice, support and counselling on any issue.
Samaritans provides emotional support to anyone in emotional distress, struggling to cope, or at risk of suicide.
Trans advice and Gender Identity
The NHS also offers transgender health advice and support.
The Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust’s Gender Identity Development Service offers health advice and support to young people presenting with difficulties with their gender identity.

Trans Bare All: Trans Bare All is an organisation that runs events and retreats to help members of the trans community explore and discuss body positivity, emotional wellbeing and intimacy.
Trans*formation: A London based networking and advocacy group for professionals who identify as trans, seeking to connect and inspire trans professionals in a safe and welcoming environment.
Trans London : Trans London is a support and social group for trans people in London, with monthly meetings held every third Thursday.
Trans Workers UK: A group that promotes positive stories of trans employment across all sectors; private, public, union and non union. It welcomes employers, employees and allies.
Twilight People: A London based project that discovers and celebrates the hidden history of transgender and gender-variant people of faith in the UK past and present.
Action for Trans Health: British organisation campaigning to improve trans people’s access to healthcare.
CliniQ: Based in London, this is a sexual health and well-being service for trans people. It is held every Wednesday evening at 56 Dean Street, Soho.
Trans Sexual Health Clinic at Birmingham LGBT+: Located in the centre of Birmingham, this is a monthly sexual health and well-being clinic for all trans people who may not feel comfortable accessing general sexual health services.
Intersex UK: The United Kingdom Intersex Association (UKIA) is an education, advocacy, campaigning and support organisation which works on behalf of Intersex people. Intersex people are individuals whose anatomy or physiology differ from contemporary cultural stereotypes of what constitute typical male and female.
